Every supplier or provider must submit the requested Safety information and documents before undertaking any work for Formula E. This will be reviewed, and additional information may be requested from you. Please see Event Specific Pages via the Venue Design & Site Operations Link at the top of the page for Event H&S Document Submission details.

For all Health and Safety and Environmental Findings, we use a system called Notify. You can submit a report for any Observations, Near Misses or Incidents by clicking on or scanning the QR Code.

For onsite injuries during events; please contact the Health and Safety Team immediately or radio Event Control.

Standard Site Operating Hours are 08:00 - 20:00 unless specified otherwise in the Site Information Document within the Event specific Venue Design & Site Operations pages.

Submitting a request does not guarantee you will be able to work out of Hours. Requests will be Risk Assessed and responded to accordingly, so please provide as much detail as possible when submitting your request.

Requests should be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the planned work. Late requests will be considered and supported as far as possible.
