Submitting a request does not guarantee you will be able to work out of Hours. This will be agreed by your Formula E contact.

Any requests should be submitted 48 hours in advance of the planned works. Late requests will be considered and supported as far as possible.

Every supplier must submit specific safety information before undertaking any work for Formula E. This will be reviewed, and additional information may be requested from you. Please see Event Specific Pages for remaining S12 Event H&S Document Submission Forms.
