Submitting a request does not guarantee you will be able to work out of Hours. This will be agreed by your Formula E contact.

Any requests should be submitted 48 hours in advance of the planned works. Late requests will be considered and supported as far as possible.

Out Of Hours Request Form

Every supplier must submit specific safety information before undertaking any work for Formula E. This will be reviewed, and additional information may be requested from you. Please complete the form below.

PLEASE NOTE - you will need a Google Account to upload documents. If you are unable to use a Google Account, there are two options outlined in the form. If there are any challenges, please contact HSE@fiaformulae.com

For all safety incidents and concerns, we use a system called Notify. You can submit a report by scanning the QR Code, or by clicking the link below.

For onsite injuries during events; please contact the onsite Health and Safety Team immediately or radio to Event Control
