All deliveries MUST be pre-booked into the Online Delivery System at least 48 hours in advance of arriving to site. Failure to do so may cause a delay accessing site.
For this event, the Excel venue delivery system Voyage Control will be in use, NOT GORAMP.
Vehicles must arrive at the Buffer Zone to check-in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your booked time slot.
Any deliveries made outside of the delivery hours 08:00 – 20:00 must be approved by Formula E in advance.
Please note that other events are taking place in the venue during the event build and de-rig period therefore delivery slots.
Deliveries are not permitted to park onsite outside of their delivery window. Delivery slots are for loading and unloading only.
